Can I cancel my IzzyOS subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your founding price stays locked for as long as you stay.
Is there an annual plan?
No. Your IzzyOS subscription is monthly.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Kai stops the task and tells you how many credits it needs. You can add credits in Plan and credits, and credits you buy do not expire.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan’s credits refresh every month, so use them each month.
Does the subscription include texting?
No. Your IzzyOS subscription includes email from your own domain, social posting, the chatbot on your site, your booking calendar and one inbox. Texting and a business number are not part of it. Ad spend is paid to Meta from your own ad account and never comes out of your credits.
