IzzyOS is run by IzzyOS LLC, a Wyoming company in the United States.

Where your data is stored

• Your account and your contacts are stored in our main database, which runs on Supabase in the United States, in the AWS US West (Oregon) region.
• The IzzyOS app and the pages and funnels you publish are hosted on Vercel. The app's server code runs in Washington, D.C., in the United States, and static files are served from Vercel's global network.
• Database backups are made and kept by Supabase for the same database.

We do not offer hosting in the EU or UK today.

Where our providers process it

• Emails are sent through Resend from the AWS us-east-1 region in the United States.
• When you use AI features, texts, calls or social posting, the data needed for that task goes to the provider for that feature. Each one, and where it processes data, is on the sub-processor list.

Transfers from the EU, UK and Switzerland

When personal data from the EU, UK or Switzerland comes to us, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in our Data Processing Agreement apply.

How data is protected

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our database and hosting providers. Each customer's data is kept apart in the database by row-level security rules, so one account cannot read another account's data. Annex II of our Data Processing Agreement lists our other measures.
